PAYMENTS:
We accept payments by cash, money order, or credit card (MasterCard, Visa and Discover).  Credit card Statements will be billed as PBHLLC for privacy.  Checks and money orders should be made payable to Reb Stout, PO Box 1416 Garden Grove, CA 92842-1416 U.S.A. There will be a fee of $20.00 on all returned checks.

SHIPPING:
We ship your order very discreetly within the continental USA via UPS or United States Postal Service. UPS will not ship to a PO Box. Please select United States Postal Service if your shipping address is a postal box. Other shipping options are available at your request. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Allow more time if paying by personal check; we can’t ship your order until the check clears. Due to circumstances beyond our control, it is possible that an out of stock (or custom fit) item may take longer. We assume no responsibility for the arrival of foreign shipments. The customer is responsible for compliance with all customs regulations in the destination country.

PRICING:
We reserve the right to change the price list without notification.  We will not change the price of any item you ordered.  Orders being shipped to California addresses will be charged 7.75% sales tax.
 
GUARANTEE POLICY:
Should any product you order from California Bondage Gear (with the exception of custom orders or repairs) fail to meet your expectations, please return the item or items to us within 10 days of delivery for exchange, credit, or refund.  All returned items must be clean and unused. Video tapes and DVD’s may not be returned for credit or refund. They may only be returned if found to be defective, in which case they will be exchanged for the same video/DVD title.

RETURNS:
If you wish to return an item, please send it back within 10 days in the original shipping material by prepaid U.S. Mail. For your protection you should insure any returns with the Postal Service. Shipping charges are not refundable. If an exchange is requested, customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.
